Ms. Ann Marano has been named Executive Director of Colleges That Change Lives. Ms. Marano will serve as the face of the consortium as well as a spokesperson for the value of a student-centered college search process. Read the CTCL press release for more details.
With more than 800 students applying for the Colleges That Change Lives Scholarship this year, the scholarship committee was inspired by so many earnest essays outlining how these students believe a liberal arts education will help them achieve their dreams and ambitions.
Join us in congratulating the 2021 CTCL Scholars.
In consideration of the health and safety of all of our college fair participants and attendees, CTCL has been hosting virtual college fairs, which provide a wealth of college search information and enable students and families to learn about different colleges and ask questions of admissions counselors—all in a safe, flexible, online format.
"I can't wait to Zoom with you!" says no one these days. However, we must admit that online opportunities have made a huge difference in the past 12 months helping us to carry on with our (modified) lives in work, school, and virtual family gatherings.
College admission representatives are no different; they miss meeting students and families in person. But, if the alternative is no interaction, they choose virtual college fairs and information sessions.
Personalized, student-centered experiences are at the heart of every Colleges That Change Lives education. While the CTCL member schools all share that mission, they are otherwise very distinctive from one another.
Whatever your heart (and mind!) desires, we invite you to search the CTCL colleges here online to find your very own transformative college experience.
