<li>Students don’t just come to Millsaps College, they belong at Millsaps College. From the classroom to the playing field to study abroad, Millsaps is a tightly-knit community of students, faculty and staff who support each other and provide an experience that can’t be replicated at a big university.</li>
<li>Through our Community Engaged Learning (CEL) academic program, students put their knowledge to practical use. They might help write policy papers for a member of the Mississippi Legislature, conduct medical research in a nearby hospital, help elementary students with literacy skills or draft a business plan for a local start-up.</li>
<li>Millsaps is recognized for its outstanding study abroad programs, where students may find themselves on an archaeological dig in Peru, having a conversation with a member of the British Parliament, researching Roman graffiti in Italy or spending time at the college’s 4,500-acre biocultural reserve in the Yucatan Peninsula.</li>
<li>Millsaps graduates in the class of 2019 had a 100% acceptance rate to medical school.</li>
<li>Millsaps boasts the first Phi Beta Kappa chapter in Mississippi, and is one of only a handful of national liberal arts colleges with both a Phi Beta Kappa chapter and an AACSB accredited business school.</li>
